Additional costs are charged for flash, javascript, ajax programmed websites. Large complex database driven websites will also incur additional costs. All costs will be itemised in a website design proposal.

Web hosting

Web hosting costs are start at just £30 per year on linux servers supporting PHP. All hosting includes a webmail account and a secure ‘extend control panel’ where you can easily control your website. Hosting packages:

• home £30 year - 5000MB webspace, 3 mail boxes, 1 mySQL database
• business £60 year - 20000MB webspace 25 mail boxes, 3 mySQL databases

I also register domain names for customers giving them a simple to use domain control panel as well, domains are typically £10 per year for .co.uk domains.

Search engine optimisation

Every website I design and develop respects a minimum decent set of SEO rules. Things like good URL rewriting, XHTML compliant code, use of CSS classes to style the code, tableless design, meta tags and descriptions, page titles, good internal linking between site pages and so on, come by default in each of my projects.

However this is not enough for today’s web. To appear on the first positions on search engines like Google, Yahoo and so on, you need to several things: new and fresh content every day, link building campaigns, link exchange with related websites, keyword optimisation etc.

I offer advice on setting up a Search Engine Marketing campaign. I can create, optimize and maintain promotion campaigns such as Google Adwords, leaving you the full control of how much you spend every day. One big advantage of SEM over SEO is that you can measure your Conversions and ROI accurately in as little as 1-2 weeks.
